We strive to make returns and exchanges as straightforward as possible at Vision Looky eyewear. We're confident that you'll love your Vision Looky eyewear glasses, but if you're not completely satisfied within the first 30 days after delivery, you can apply for a refund or exchange. Please note that each item can only be returned or exchanged once within 30 days of delivery, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, we cannot offer a refund if the wrong prescription was entered or the wrong frame size/lens type was selected, or if the glasses were damaged due to accident, negligence, or improper care. However, we can assist with the replacement of the glasses.

To begin the exchange or return process, please email Service NeedEyeexam@gmail.com and contact our service team to fill in the RMA form. Our support team may ask questions about the glasses or request pictures. When applying for a product exchange, you must help our customer service team locate the problem and submit the exchange application. The product replacement will be applied as a coupon, and you'll use it to place a replacement order. Please note that the replacement order cannot be exchanged or returned again, and it doesn't cover price differences or shipping fees.

If you're applying for a refund, you need to help our customer service team locate the problem and submit the return application. If you redeemed a coupon for your order, the refund should be according to the coupon's terms of use. In the event that eyeglasses are returned for a full refund (excluding shipping fees), they shall be returned to our optical lab to check. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item(s) arrive at our facilities and pass the quality&condition checks by our Quality Control Department.

We also offer a 365-Day Product Guarantee, which means that if lenses are scratched or frames are deformed/broken within a year from the date of purchase, we'll help with the replacement of the glasses. However, a refund cannot be applied, and the price differences and shipping fees will be charged.

Please note that each item is entitled to a one-time return for a refund or a one-time exchange of equal or lesser value (shipping fee not included). It's your responsibility to ship the item(s) back within 7 days of submitting the return application, and all returned items must be in their unused, original, and merchantable condition, including all accessories. A valid tracking number should be provided for all returned items, and for USPS, we only accept Priority Mail Service/Priority Mail Express Service due to the complete tracking information.
