  1. PRESCRIPTION By placing an order on our site, you confirm that the prescription you upload or manually submit is valid on the order date. If the prescription does not include an expiration date, we will fill the order according to legal requirements or within two years of the prescription date. In case your prescription or order details are incomplete, we may need to contact you for current information, which could cause a delay in receiving your order (referred to as Products). You guarantee that the information you provide for the Products is accurate and matches the prescription from your eye care provider. You also agree to renew your prescription according to your eye care provider's instructions.

Note that eyeglasses and contact lens prescriptions may differ, so it's essential to ensure that you order the Products with the correct valid eyeglasses prescription. If you manually fill the RX form without uploading the prescription, we will use the manual submission, and you agree to our Exchange & Return Policy.

If you order prescription eyeglasses, we require your pupillary distance (PD) to fill your order. If your prescription does not include PD, we will use the measurement you submit, and you agree to our Exchange & Return Policy.

You agree that we and our optical laboratory may contact your eye care provider for any questions, comments, concerns, or verification needed regarding your prescription.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an order. If the prescription is for a child between 13 and 18 years of age, it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure the accuracy of the filled prescription.

You acknowledge that your order is not guaranteed unless it meets the terms of this purchase policy.

  1. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS A. ORDER CHANGES You can change your order details for free if your order is still in "Paid" status and has not yet been updated to "Product Manufacturing." However, any price differences for frame, lens, coating, or shipping upgrades will be charged. If the order status is "Product Manufacturing," changes will incur a processing fee. If your lenses are free, a 5.00 USD processing fee is required. If you have upgraded lenses or coatings, half of the lens total will be charged. In such cases, you may experience production and shipment delays. You acknowledge and agree to forfeit all claims against us in such cases and agree to this purchase policy of order changes. Once the order has been packaged and shipped, it cannot be changed.

B. ORDER CANCELLATIONS You can cancel your order for free if the status is still "Paid" and has not yet been updated to "Product Manufacturing." A full refund will be credited to the original payment account. If the status is "Product Manufacturing," a processing fee will be charged by our optical lab and lens supplier. If your lenses are free, a 5.00 USD processing fee is required. If you have upgraded lenses or coatings, the lens total will be charged. The paid frame price plus the paid shipping fee will be returned to the original payment account if the order has not yet shipped. You acknowledge and agree to forfeit all claims against us in such cases and agree to the processing fee charged by our optical laboratory and lens supplier. Once the order has been packaged and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

You will receive your refund within a week if you pay with your PayPal balance. Refunds to credit/debit cards typically take 10-14 days, depending on the card bank involved.
